But I don't receive refund yet, and I wonder cancelation proceeded normally or else.

I've cancelled my order of Mario 3D (2 copies) on Nov. 5th.
Order #: (*역주: 구입할때 order 넘버 나온 거 써주세요)
The original order was placed on Oct. 31st.

However, I couldn't find the purchase amount refunded to my bank account.
I do understand it could take several business days for the refund to be posted on my account, but it is now my 2nd week in waiting, so I just had to ask if the cancellation went through.

I appreciate your help in this matter, thank you.
