하미 마을 사건은 1968년 2월 22일[주해 1] 대한민국 해병대 소속의 청룡 부대가 베트남 꽝남 성 디엔반 현에 위치한 하미 마을에 비무장 민간인 135명을 무참하게 토벌하고 매장한 사건이다.[1]
2000년 12월, 월남참전전우복지회는 하미 마을에 3만 달러를 기부하여 하미 마을에 위령비를 세웠다.[2][3] 그러나, 위령비 건립 과정에서 월남참전전우복지회는 학살의 경과를 적은 비문을 지워줄 것을 요청하였고, 마을 주민들은 있었던 사실을 기록한 비문을 지울 수 없다며 반대하였다. 결국 위령비는 비문을 연꽃 문양이 그려진 대리석을 덧씌운 상태로 제막되었다.[4]

빈호아 학살은 베트남 전쟁 중이던 1966년 12월 3일부터 6일까지 대한민국 해병대 청룡부대에 의해 430명의 마을 주민이 학살을 당한 대량 학살 사건이다.[1]
남베트남 꽝응아이 성 빈호아(베트남어: B?nh H?a)에서 일어난 이 학살의 희생자는 대부분 여성, 노인과 어린이였으며[2], 21명의 임신부도 있었다.[3]
해병대는 마을 전체를 불태우고, 수백 마리의 가축들과 함께 사람들을 학살하였다. 학살에서 살아남은 사람들은 한국군과 미군에 대항하기 위해 베트콩에 가입하였다.[4]

Phong Nh?, 영어: Phong Nhi and Phong Nhat massacre)은 1968년 2월 12일 베트남 꽝남 성 디엔반 현 퐁니, 퐁넛 마을 주민들이 대한민국 해병대의 청룡 부대에 의해 학살당하여 70여 명(69 ~ 79명 추정)이 죽은 전쟁범죄이다.[1] 이 사건은 2000년 '베트남전 민간인학살 진실위원회'가 진상조사를 벌이면서 사건의 전말이 밝혀지게 되었다.[2] 2004년 6월, 대한민국의 시민단체는 성금을 모아 관련 희생자에 대한 추모비를 세웠다.[3]

The Di?n Ni?n - Ph??c B?nh massacre was a massacre conducted by South Korean forces on October 9 and October 10, 1966, of 280 unarmed citizens in T?nh S?n village, S?n T?nh District, Qu?ng Ng?i Province in South Vietnam.[1][2][3] The massacre was conducted in two hamlets in T?nh S?n village.[1] One massacre was conducted in the Dien Nien Temple in Dien Nien hamlet, the second massacre was conducted in Ph??c B?nh hamlet schoolyard.[1] Most of the victims were children, elderly and women.[1][3] The number of dead is given as 180 by Viet Nam News.[4]
The South Korean forces conducted similar massacres in B?nh An village, B?nh H?a village, B?nh Tai village and T?y Vinh village in the same year.[5][6][7]

The B?nh An / T?y Vinh Massacre (Korean: 타이빈 양민 학살 사건) was a series of massacres conducted by the ROK Capital Division of the South Korean Army between February 12, 1966 and March 17, 1966 of 1,200 unarmed citizens in B?nh An village, today T?y Vinh village, T?y S?n District of B?nh ??nh Province in South Vietnam.[1][2] During the operation, the Capital Division assaulted 15 hamlets in T?y Vinh village. In the one hamlet, the ROK soldiers rounded up and shot 68 villagers.[3] Only 3 villagers survived.[3] The Capital Division carried out a similar massacre in B?nh An village on 26 February 1966.[1]

The Vinh Xuan massacre was a massacre conducted by South Korean forces on the morning of May 22, 1967, resulting in the deaths of at least 15 unarmed citizens in Vinh Xuan village, Ph? Y?n Province in South Vietnam.[1] The district was included in the operational area of the Green Dragon, Strong Tiger and White Horse.[1] They used threats of violence and military force in order to move B?nh ??nh, Qu?ng Ng?i and Ph? Y?n Province peasants beyond the reach and influence of the Viet Cong.[1] Those areas' villagers consisted mostly of old men, women and children who refused to leave; subsequently, they were cruelly and systematically killed.[1]

미라이 학살( - 虐殺, 베트남어: th?m s?t M? Lai)은 베트남 전쟁 중인 1968년 3월 16일 남베트남 미라이에서 발생한 미군에 의해 벌어진 민간인 대량 학살이다. 347명에서 504명으로 추정되는 희생자는 모두 비무장 민간인이었으며 상당수는 여성과 아동이었다. 더욱이 몇몇 희생자는 성폭력이나 고문을 당하기도 하였으며 시체 중 일부는 절단된 채 발견되었다.[1] 이 사건에는 미군 26명이 가담하였으나 입대한 지 4개월 2주밖에 되지 않은 윌리엄 켈리[2] 중위만이 유죄 판결을 받았다.
