As of today, the Collector’s Pack DLC has been added into Expansion Pass and Gold Edition content.
The change may take time until visible on your store.

원래 콘솔에만 있었던 콜렉티브 에디션을 구매하면 줬었던 팩인데 2019년 1월 10일부터 PC의 골드 에디션/확장팩 구매자에게도 지급하네요.
