Vivienne Westwood presented looks from the latest AW12 Gold Label collection alongside stunning dresses from the Red Carpet capsule collection, inspired by the opulence of the 17th century, at an exclusive catwalk show at the Convention and Exhibition Centre in HK.
Featuring embellished gowns and cocktail dresses reflecting the glamour of the Baroque era, and ball gowns in silk taffetas and boned corsets, each look was presented with fine attention to detail, theatrical embroidery, sparkling sequins and luscious silks.
A selection of eveningwear and suiting from the AW12 Man Label collection was also presented, featuring check and tartan suits with asymmetric cuts paired with shiny oxford brogues to create the quintessential ‘British gentleman’.
Guest models included Wyman Wong, Kam Kwok-Leung and Han Huo Huo, with YoonA of Girls Generation as guest of honour.
