이베이에서 구매한 물품이 한 달이 넘어도 도착을 안 해서 아직 못 받았다고 메일 보냈더니 다음과 같은 답장이 왔습니다.
두 곳인데 각각 가격이 2.5~3.5만원 정도의 물품이구요... 품목은 그냥 프라모델용 에칭입니다.
제가 영어가 짧은지라 대충 뉘앙스가 '세관이나 어딘가에서 묶여 있는거 아닌지 확인해봐라'인거 같은데 맞나요?
만약 맞다면 트랙킹번호도 없는데 이거 어떻게 확인할 수 있나요? ;;;

B. I checked our shipping record and confirmed your order was posted 06-Jan-2015 - the following day we received the order. Unfortunately Australia/NZ Post does not offer tracking service for standard Airmail. It usually takes 12~18 BUSINESS days for delivery to South Korea but occasionally it may take 1~3 more weeks to arrive for unexpected delays by the Post. Could you check with your local post office or the customs if the package was held or left there? A number of our customers who reported non-receipt earlier did finally got the parcel days later and informed us that it was the customs that caused the unexpected delay.
