I would just like to point out that SG is not all too bad and they seem like they care about their players and that they want them to be satisfied with the game.
I know there's been a lot of issues with the game recently, but they said they are trying their best and they sent extremely generous gifts that actually cost them a shit ton of money: giving away x2 5* hero and x2 5* artifacts and even the 10 leifs to literally all players (even new accounts) is actually a huge loss of money for the company in the long term, but they did that because they want to show players that they are listening.
There's also been more improvements to the game in general (gifts from adventurer's path, reduced mola investment, being able to craft catalysts and rings/necklaces) in recent two months but this was huge.
I'm sure the free x2 5* heroes are a huge game changer to a lot of players.
Other companies do not even blink at complaints from players, and if they do they barely compensate for it.
So yeah, just really appreciate SG for the gifts and that they care. They're not all too greedy and being generous is an appreciated practice IMO (especially for a mobile game).
TL;DR SG is trying to be fair with its players and it is very appreciated.

어제 보며 느낀건 할 사람은 해야하는것도 이해하는데 명확한 답변도 없고 결국
갔던사람들 몇을 제외하곤 자기 현 상황에 대한 푸념만 부딪히더군요
